Traveling along local roads the other day and a cop decides to pull me me over (typical for a p plater) and gives breathe test and does the usual check around and finally he tels me i had my arm out the window and that he is giving me a fine for it...
WTF i only had my elbow around 1cm out the window!!!

I don't care about the fine.... I have driven past cops with ARM out the window and they never cared about it and I get fined for having my elbow on the window frame... like wtf is with that?
