see my mates and i had a falling out with a group of them on thursday
and one of my mates punched his car, now he assumed it was me and we
soon talked it over and he knows it wasnt me but is expecting me to pay half the damage from the dent from the punch, and i cant tell him to get f#$@ed in fear
of something happening to my car, and i cant go to the police because my mate would get into the shit, what should i do???

see the thing about fear is that the things you percieve in your head to happen are more than likely worse than the actual outcome. you will find that more modern forms of torture no longer involve fingernail pulling and electric shocks, they are more a constant percieved threat.

stop being a pussy, tell the cops whats up. get a police report on paper, tell your "mate" to go fk himself and tell the guy thats trying to strong-arm you into paying that you have spoken to the cops and any further action taken against you or your personal property will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

get rid of any friends that think they have something up on you. get rid of wankers that resolve things with agression and retaliation. go find people who help and support you and who make your life better and easier.

I also suggest you get new mates as it seems like a low and cowardly act to damage someones car when that person is not there.

Your mate should grow some balls, cough up the cash since he's put you in a shit position and next time punch the bloke not the car.
