You guys got any tips for the test in NSW? Any tricks or anything in the test i should look out for? I don't want to fail it, it would be a pain to go and sit it again!
Is it worth reading that driver qualification handbook?
Whats actually involved in the test, is it just touch screen stuff like the green P's test?
Cheers guys.
pretty much a combo of the hazard perception test (P2), and the driver knowledge test (L's). Half questions, half touch the screen when you see a hazard etc.
If you went ok in them, don't sweat it. Read through the book to refresh your memory on any rules that are a bit foggy.
Kinda, and stupid statistics like who is more likely to crash male or female.

I didn't even look at the book before I went for mine and I passed it fine and so have heaps of my mates. In saying this though another one of my mates tried this method last monday and needless to say he failed, so in hindsight I'd probably err on the side of caution and have a quick browse through the booklet.
PLEASE NOTE: The mate that failed is a dead set peanut so I'm sure you will be fine![]()
Piss easy have a once over of the handbook online and you'll be right
You have to take a test to get off your P's?
I Felt Dumber after taking the test lol Its a joke. Easy as. Just remember there are several times you need to tap the screen to brake. Read the question and be sure to understand what to do.
I just took my P plates off when I got off my P's. Laws are so retarded these days, but i'm sure it will be a peice of piss anyway, they all are lol

As previously said, combination of your previous tests. Only really obvious. For example:
Turning right at an intersection, the light is red. Do you:
(a) Wait patiently until the light is green
(b) Flip off other motorists
(c) Proceed through
(d) Rip a skid, bro.
It's just surplus revenue for the RTA.

lol hazard perception test is lame, 'tap screen when u should brake' tap the screen straight away
'tap screen when it is safe to turn' wait for clip to run right through
they cant fail u for being cautious
that being said, i did most of it properly :P
