The Largest Street Gang in America Video by BoilingFrogs - Myspace Video
I know there is always two sides to a story, but a lot of this looks over the top!
i got caught walking home one time in 99 at 3 am from a friends house (sober) lol, and 4 city and 4 state trooper cars rolled up on me claiming that i was out stealing cars and i fit a description. i had no tools on me and i got put into cuffs (hooked me up tight too, wrists were bruised) and sat on the curb for over an hour... i was like "excuse me officer, if i was involved in the theft of a motor vehicle whouldnt i be driving it right now?" lol. they do what ever they want over there and no one can stop them unless they film it.... kept my mouth shut which is why i didnt catch a beat down
dont sweat the petty... pet the sweaty...
been to LA a couple of times, and i can tell you the police over there dont take any shit from the public, i made the mistake of crossing a street, not on a pedestrian crossing,or set of lights, well thats highly illegal took 40mins of questioning why only a photo copy of the front page of my passport, Australian lisense, medicare card, credit card etc all docs in my wallet examined, in the end i didnt get an infringement, but you have to be polite, and its yes sir, no sir will never do it again, sorry for the trouble i caused, you do feel like you've committed a terrible crime! i guess over there they have so many problems and cops getting killed that they have this attitude of guilty until proven innocent
i lived in the u.s. for a while cause thats where my dad is and i never saw anything like this but i did see people arested twice and i thought that they where over agressive about and every one else just thought it was normal and that thats just the way things are. i know people bitch about the cops here but after watching that i'm glad we are not to that point here.
those cops are brutal, makes our cops look like softy's compared to those blokes. i recon that there a bit over the top but i guess they have to be with all the stuff they deal with.
Well that was intense

cops need to be brutal in america, more crazies over there.
ehh but having said that, they do take it too far.

Reminds me of that dash cam footage I seen a while ago. Guy crashes his car at the end of the chase is unconscious gets dragged out, beaten and kicked.
Found it

he nearly killed a police officer (a huuuuuge no no, will just piss other police officers off, as the news reader states ) and put the public in danger with his wreckless driving in trying avoid arrest, sure it was overkill, but i dont feel as sorry for him as i do for ppl in that other video
they also didnt mention y this guy was running from the cops either...was he speeding? drunk? on drugs? had he stolen the car? raped someone? suspected of killing someone?
had he not run, he could have possibly avoided being beaten, with emphasis on 'POSSIBLY', coz going by OP's video it might have still happened anyway
in a way he should be thankful he was unconcsious so he didnt have to go through the pain of the beating
Oh sorry didn't realise running from cops meant that after the chase they can beat you. The officer was stupid enough to be that close. Any way this is about OP's video which having watched it is indeed shocking.

Shame police aren't like that here. Would be great, might pull some of these deadheads around the country into line.

Ahh yes, one of the "innocent victims" that Australia has so many of. Amazing how many people never do anything wrong yet get harrassed by police. If I am in a sketchy area and I fit a description I am happy to be detained while police conduct their investigations. It is what we pay them for. If that means a bit of a flogging then so be it, I then take it to the ombudsman. Fact is, people who do no wrong are rarely if ever assaulted by police and rarely are they detained in this country.

Just watching Cops sometimes, I often wonder how the hell they get away with the force they use. Sure, sometimes its definitely warranted but they use that force when dealing with petty things.
i was riding shotgun in a homies cutlass once and got he got pulled over. he kept his hands on the wheel and i had mine on my knees. cop asked why i had my hands on my knees lol. i was like youd rather me digging around in my pockets? wrong thing to say.... "step out of the vehicle please sir"... FML we got home 2 hours later...

Im up to the part where the two cops are confronting the guy who is badly burnt. Which dumb #### asks a guy who...buy the coppers own admission, burnt from head to toe to lay down on the ground?
I mean really? Then tases the guy because he says no. ####ing common sense the guy moves or lays down hes gonna scrape the skin off.
yea i was really surprised they reacted the way they did. comforting the guy till the ambulance got there would have been the logical thing to do. i mean he was already sitting down not like he was running down the highway or something... some people should never be aloud to pin a badge on....

Thanks for sharing the video mate, im sure there are two sides to the story's however with the sheer number of cops over there it doesn't matter what you do there will always be some dodgy ones.
i have had a run in with aussie cops, basically my mate got tased and battened while in handcuffs, beaten to a pulp. the two women officers did receive severe disciplinary action after a court case. this is the reason i believe women police officers should always have a male with them. they had the voice recorder on and it proved he did nothing wrong.
my mate was driving and it was thought his car was the one doing burnouts in the area as it fitted the description. because he had a heated argument with the police they handcuffed him and then after that they tased and battoned him. i myself was pleading with the female officers to stop but unfortunately if i was to do anything i would have been in danger. No charges where laid on him, and for the record it wasn't him doing burnouts, we were simply driving home from the movies.
We're not talking about this country. The subject is the U.S which you clearly stated that you would like to see their style of law enforcement brought to Australia. And I agree, people who do no wrong rarely get assaulted by police. But rarely isn't never. And the above video clearly shows abuses of power. Cops over stepping the mark should be treated the same as crims.
Fancy zapping a guy who has a broken back and a smashed skull 19 times. Seriously....![]()
