Demerit points

Hey just got done for talking on the phone had 2 points only and the cop gave me a 250$ fine and 3 points taken off me,

So do i get the option of losing my lisence for 3 months or 1 point for one year? And.. If i choose the 3 months suspension how many points will i get back after the 3 months is up?

You have to apply for the 1 point for one year, but i doubt you will get it because you had 3 points taken off, serves you bloody right. When you get you're license back it will be all you're points minus 1.
