on a more serious note...are you asking if its the best nutritionally ? or just everyones opinion and their fave juice ?
from what I know most packaged juices have a high sugar content...even freshly squeezed juice has natural sugar I think

None of them are really very good, most have the same amount of sugar as soft drinks and will rot your teeth. Better off eating whole fruit instead.

I know this is slightly off topic but made me chuckle....its difficult enough to get teenagers to eat fruit. The other day my 14 year old son had sex ed at school and they made them put a condom on a banana....poor kids swears he will never eat another banana ever again hehe

Most juices these days are fake reconstitiuted rubbish ... so we just buy the just juice type of non refrigerated stuff ... all different flavours.
