Whats the go with Dr Bob

Just wondering if any other members are having troubles with Dr Bob. The reason I ask is that just after Christmas I sent him a level 3 cluster to be reprogrammed to which he told me would only take a couple of days . Well its been 8 months and still no sign of the cluster . I have had a number of excuses that the cluster was misplaced , then family illness , then he was sick . Then being told ( on more than one occasion ) it will be done straight away and sent to me A.S.A.P , but as yet hasn't happened .
I find this to be out of character for Dr Bob as he has always been helpful and there are a few JC members who have dealt with him and give him the thumbs up. I know of one other JC member who is getting the run around too but just wondering if there are any others ?

I might speak to Darren and ask if it is time we warn people. I have had probably 10 complaints about this now.
