    Default Your last meal

Ok so you are about to be fried in the electric chair for some horrible crime...so what would your last meal be ?

Im tempted to say one of those progressive dinners lol. Thats where you go to someones house for the entree', another person house for the first course etc... then obviously out the bathroom window before dessert lol.

My last meal would be a lamb roast with chocolate mousse or creme brulee' for dessert, plus a bottle of J.Ds.

So what would you have .... ?

For me, it would be my pork belly recipe with prawn dumplings and a beetroot remoulade.

Lamb cutlets for entree, then an epic seafood platter. King prawns, crayfish, crab, scollops, fish etc all fresh out of the fishtank with none of this deep fried processed crap that gets passed off as seafood.

Oh and a nice selection of micro brewed beers

Damn... that is a hard one.

    Well,

    Here goes

    Pre entree:
Beef Tartare with crispy bread and extra virgin olive oil for dipping rounded off with with lard and onion spread.

    Entree:
Shrink and avocado cocktail salad followed by double roasted pork belly with a caramel glazing and these little french meat pate things I had in paris but can't remember what theyare called.

    Main:
500g Wagyū Steak done medium rare on a bed of english mash potato and sided by steamed asparagus topped with a butter, crumb and bacon chuck sauce.

    Post main snack:
Salmon sashimi with a side of the Sushi rolls from Somerville Noodle Canteen.

    Desert:
A rich dark pudding topped with a cream (full cream) sided by a crapes with a wild berry filling and topped with a white chocolate sauce.

    And to conclude:
A bj as I'm enjoying a dark, full strength espresso and finalised by a choc mint.

No Entree, save the time for extra dessert.

Roast Pork, craploads of crackling and 3 veg. I'm a simple kinda guy at heart Bottle of Pepsi Max at my side.

Muffburger for dessert. Take me away smiling.

Ok this is a hard decision but i would probably go for

Entree: fresh king prawns with a mayonaise dipping sauce and a nice cold crown lager

Main: Reef and Beef, (500g wagu, topped with prawns and calamari in a black pepper sauce, garlic mash patatoes, brocolini cooked in vinegar and olive oil all cooked by my mum) and another couple cold ones

Desert: tub of cookies and cream ice cream on top of an entire apple pie + a glass of baileys, then a quick one with jen hawkins

That would do me just fine.

As much pre-popped popcorn as I could handle. That would be a show to remember!

I'd probably have Chicken Tenders from Hogs Breath Cafe for an entree, my mum's Chicken Pasta Bake for the main, and a Frozen Coke from 7/11 for dessert, to be perfectly honest.

Oh yeah, and time with the missus. Before, during, or after the meal. Actually, probably before. Then again, I'd rather my last minutes before death to be having a good time with the girl I love. Then again my last actual minutes would be sitting in the electric chair...

I'll be pondering on this one for days!!
