    Default Online parts stores

    Hi everyone

I've used www.rockauto.com a few times but shipping from the us kills me. Is the a similar sight in Australia or nz?

    Cheers

Wasnt just thinking for the commodore.

rockauto including shipping to nz works out about the same as Repco retail on small to average sized parts. So I thought if oz had an equivalent one it would save me money.

super cheap auto now have an online shopping cart: Supercheap Auto - car accessories, air compressors, roof racks, seat covers and much much more - Supercheap Auto Australia

but to be honest, you are not gonna beat the prices on ebay. even with a good trade discount from burson, ebay is often cheaper. only thing is you have to pay postage and then wait, which i guess you have to do in nz anyway.

but it depends what you are looking for. NOS kits, cams, brake upgrades etc all turn out to be cheaper from summit racing US than they are here: Summit Racing even including postage. but keep an eye on your spending, cos i think NZ has a 400 dollar limit to its duties exemption. anything over 400 bucks and they stick duties on top

I've used this bunch before. I find they have very reasonable prices, and unlike ripco and supercrud they have stock in store and won't charge you a freaking freight fee to get in stock they should have on the shelves.

Cheers guys. Rockauto are brilliant. Really cheap and parts take about a week from the states. Plus you can get genuine parts. Will check out the prices from the others too though.

Shipping just hurts a bit. But on smallish stuff it's still cheaper
