What are the chances that vic roads accepts apology letter in the hopes i get my license back,
I'm thinking give it a shot, because i have a sincere apology that id like to send them.
I know its a long shot but would they at least consider it?
Lets say they wont accept it is there anyone i can speak to about possibly getting it back for work?
I also think that many people have tried it but i have no clue if it actually works, i really need it for work.
And i apologize for my ignorance on the matter if it upsets anyone that im even considering this.
I wouldn't bother to be honest- not only do they take at least 21 business days to get back to you, if its been cancelled, especially by the Courts, you have no chance.
If you need to drive for work.....don't quote me on this, as in if its fundamental to your employment, I think you can get an exemption or something?? But I don't know about that mate. Maybe call the Rozzers anonymously and see what they say?
Highly unlikely to work but there is nothing to loose by trying. What did you do anyway?

Preciate the reply, my license was suspended for a year, but i have two course summonses coming in the mail apparently for driving unlicensed,
i don't know how long it takes them to send them out but i was busted in June and still haven't received anything.
no harm in trying
Good luck with that one then. 1 driving whilst unlicensed = good behaviour bond. Second one may result in jail time. Get yourself a good lawyer who specializes in traffic/road law - it might be worth your while trying to get both matters heard at the same time. I think your chances of getting your license back early is zero.

If you had your license suspended for a year, and have since been caught driving unlicensed twice, then you have no chance of anything.
When you go to court, you can ask the judge for a special permit for work in some states. You wont get it though, because of the new offences. In fact, you can almost definitely expect to have your 12 month suspension more than doubled.
Get a good lawyer, he is unlikely to get you a permit but he may at least manage to keep the extra suspension down to a minimum.
If you're sure that you were done those extra couple times, it may actually help if you ask about them. If there is no record, then you can breath easier and just wait out your 12 months.
If the offences are still in the system, it will look good for you if you had chased them down. Extra stuff only adds a little to the sentence but if you get your license back and these new offences catch up with you after that, the penalties will be much harsher. You are better off getting them heard sooner than later.
Sorry mate, you have kinda dug your hole now. You are just going to have to hope its only a couple years, and stop driving...
Ha! GOOD LUCK!!!
You regretted it? But then flout the law by driving unlicensed, twice? Seriously? You'll be lucky if you don't go to gaol!
Do the crime, do the time. And don't bend over in the shower.
Why so many people think they should be exempt from the consequences of breaking the law is beyond me!
Um, closing this before it is over trolled...

As already said, if you had the one offence under your belt for speeding then you might be in with a chance. But to add driving unlicensed to the mix I am sure the answer would be "tell him he's dreaming."
Just read an old thread of yours, you got busted doing 200kph in an 80kph zone at 3am. Yeah - you deserve a licence!!!
Please, contest it in the hope they double your suspension.
