A guy near me used to make a habit of standing on his front lawn at all hours of the night, throwing rocks at cars 'speeding' past - this was all well and good, however local police felt that it was slightly dangerous, especially given the fact that he was: A. Not a human radar, so really had no idea what speed the cars were travelling; B. was causing a public nuisance with his bellowing and swearing at most cars driving past in the early hours of the morning; and C. Threw rocks at an unmarked police car that was doing below the 60km/h limit...

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone... He was obviously a saint! When I was in my early teens there was a lake we used to ride motor bikes around, it's now Lake Gwelup Reserve near Karrinyup, Perth, where some cranky old fart strung wire between trees, one kid was almost killed.

I went to work the other morning, and at the end of my street (like, 50m away) I saw 2 looooooong black marks leading from the corner, fish tailing dangerously close to the gutter, and fading out around the corner. I never heard a thing that night lol.
