Just finished reading that report myself actually and watched the video. Seems a bit staged to me. The shopping mall have seen both the woman and the guys there before. Why post something up that can identify you? And the fact that the woman didn't want to press charges.

My question is - why did she hang around for so long? If someone started taunting me like that I'd just leave...there's only like, another 10 million shopping centres around Sacramento. I'd say its staged.
