Have such a problem with any kind of bonnet 'garnish' on a VE - this is the worst one yet. And those seats look nasty! Also... that rear wing is hideous. However... the engine bay is sex.

back in 87 i doubt people looked at the VL Director and thought "thats great Value"??? it was something like 87000 (AUD) back then!! so really, at 100g for a VE one IS good value.... now, im only 100g short....

i would have one for the "sentimental" value, and the exclusiveness is good too with only 250 units to be made

Overall the VL is better but I like the VK more, mostly based on the fact the VL bonnet is not win. +2 for Chev badges.

Not sure about the Brock sticker. The company used to be his, but there is a technical reason why he didn't assist with the development of this. Nothing to do with loyalties or relationships.

Perhaps a new sticker paying tribute, not a direct copy?
