I have a second job at dominoes that I do at nights and on the weekend, I recently got my fiancee (rebecca) a job there so she could earn a bit of extra cash (instead of me earning ALL the money) and something happened last night that im not quite sure how to deal with. What happened was rebecca was doing a shift last night while I was at home (first night off in ages) and apperently one of the other employees started chatting her up saying stuff like "by summer ill have you around at my place.on your back" and asking her to send naked pics of her to him. Now this upset rebecca and she started crying as soon as she got home and told me the entire story, now I would under stand the guy being a knob and pulling this shit if he didnt know she was my fiancee but the fact is he did. I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?

Yea I got off the phone to the manager were going to sort it out. I would love to beat the crap out of him... If I could but to be honest he is twice my size and 50 kgs heavier then me, it wouldnt be the smartest thing for me to do. Hopefully reporting him will make it stop.

He doesn't exactly sound like the kind of guy that would take the hint, he has no respect for her and treated her like a $2 hooker. I wouldn't leave her in a vulnerable position around this guy. If it were me i would deal with him if he put one foot out of line again, no matter what his size.

If the manager gives you concrete feedback that the offender has been handled (ie. "I spoke to him, told him what he did was unlawful, explained he'll lose his job if it happens again" is good, but something vague is not) then perhaps your lady would feel more comfortable.

If she doesn't feel safe to work near the offender, she shouldn't return there.

Beating him up isn't wise, since you could end up with a criminal record if you're successful . That can make the rest of your life hard.

Much better to see if the management really do act firmly and with conviction.
If they do not act strongly against the offender, it's probably not a safe place for your lady.

When i was in bunbury earlier this year I had this a-hole take a photo of my then gf's clevage just stuck a phone in front of her when she wasnt looking and took the photo, by the time i got to him he was already tryna play it off saying he couldnt get reception.

There has been incidents like this that get taken to court, due to your girl being to distraught to work, and there has been some pretty good payouts too, if Dominos do nothing, only acceptable outcome for her to go back to work there would be for him to be fired, anything less is an insult to her and yourself.

I would take it further, I would demand his termination of employment, if you dont get that, I would contact fair work australia, and I would let your manager know that too, so he knows that if it is not taken care of properly, then it will be taken further.
