BDO 2012 2nd announcement came out this morning, I was a big fan. Always go to BDO as it never disappoints!
As usual the second announcement didn't fail to deliver!

Kanye West and Hilltop Hoods have been axed from the BDO lineup now....
And soundwave line-up has to be the best event line-up I've seen for AGES!!!! A veritable feast for the metalheads senses....
If I only get to see Meshuggah and Slipknot again I would die a happy man...
Soundwave lineup is pretty epic this year. I will be at Future purely because of Skrillex and SHM.

The Summadayze lineup is terrible.
Only for the WA BDO I think, East Coast lineup is as above
I think we can all agree Soundwave lineup is just ridiculous.... pretty much every band I loved back when I was 14 playing in the one festival haha.
Getting excited for Stereo now should be good!

Oops forgot to mention it's only Perth missing out on them (what a shame)...
I was looking forward to seeing the self proclaimed "lyrical genius"... I did had a mate live a few doors down from Suffa in Flaggy Hill a few years back in the days when hilltops were doing local shows around Adelaide so I've seen enough of them anyways at least.
Soundwave is awesome. Definitely there. BDO is pretty average this year for me. I will be saving about $250 by not attending that one this year

Yeah I love Summadayze but in QLD it's on the Gold Coast and nowadays it's full of douchebag roid####s who just stand around and flood the place and don't even wanna see any music. Brisbane festivals aren't as bad (yet). But I swear if they douchebags take over BDO or Soundwave too I'm gonna bomb the place (legitimate threat)

I think Soundwave lineup this year was heaps better. But that's personal preference.

soundwave is where its at. last year was epic, and this year will top it... so glad its been at homebush the last few years and not eastern creek

Machine Head, Gojira, Chimaira, Lamb of God and Meshuggah are the bands I'm most keen for...
