Yeah - that one. Been doing it for years. Another tip when on hols (particularly in Australia), always quote your work address if you have to provide an address. Been more than once I have heard of people having a gander at the addresses in leagues clubs and have a mate in your capital city who is happy to berg a house that is known to be un-attended.

I've had a couple of small packages go missing one was a mug with photos printed on it ordered from a website, the other was a LiPo battery charger for an rc car, Aus post didn't want to know and said theres nothing they can do unless its insured/registered. Dealt with the sellers and got free replacements. was happy in the end after a long wait but Aus post are just ####ing hopeless
