Just got back into the technic stuff after years of thinking about it. Just assembled an excavator which is fully functional with remotes and also a car with motors, will post up some pics when i get time.

I always wanted the original pirate ship as a kid and my parents could never afford it. I decided to buy one a few years ago. I'll post pics of my fleet when I decide to get out of bed lol.

I used to love Lego back in the day (80's/90's). These days it's too much "pre-fab"! lol

I loved starting with literally a blank Lego "mat" and actually having to build something, brick by brick.

Wow talk about a mind blast, the memories are flooding back. I used to have the millenium falcon as a kid.

Might be keen to look into that, bit like lego for adults

I recently got back into lego a few months back.
Here's my collection so far :P

This took me about 8hrs for memory. Bonnet, spoiler and scissor doors are all run off of a motor.

This one took me about 10.5hrs.
The Crane is motorised, the front pullet is motorised, the crane is also pneumatic(sp?)

I've also got that truck. I make it tow my chopper :P

    And a 4WD Cruiser

Here we go! I suppose I should add a brief description to go along with them.

First up is the original 6285 Blackseas Baracuda.

Next is the Caribbean Clipper. I decided to buy this o e so I had both ships from the same era.

I can't remember this ones name but I'll edit it in when I find it.

These are from the Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. The first is Blackbeards ship Queen Ann's Revenge and second is the Black Pearl

Last is the big daddy. The Imperial Flagship. This took me over 6 hours to build and is 760mm long and 630mm high. I love the way you can remove the top deck in 2 separate sections to access the cannons down below. It also features a kitchen and a prison with a rat.

Does anyone else here buy the collectible minifigs? I've got all 5 sets that have been released so far and I'm looking forward to series 6.
