hollllly shit, i feel sympathy for the family and freinds, but none for them, there is ads and people rambling on about hoons and dangerous dirivng and speeding, yet these two mentally gifted stooges decide OH YEAH 200+ around a bend ftw.

and i say THESE TWO, because its not the drivers fault only, yes he was the one controlling the car but i have been in many situations where i have told a freind to calm the #### down and slow down cause i was uncomfortable, and it probably saved our asses a few times.

i reckkn there should be laws that fine the people in the car aswell, if their speeding and let the driver keep doing it, then they cop a fine, i know i wouldnt let anyone speed with me in the car after that, thats for sure. but then theres a case of the driver not listening and the passengers getting in shit for it........still better then the driver killing someone tho.

Looks like the tree is on a lean. May have to go. The impact marks would have been from the car pealing apart and climbing from the impact I suspect.

Seen a few like this where the car is split nicely. There was one in Melbourne about 25 years ago where a Russian Consulate official took out his family on a palm tree. The Merc was split, leaving an 8 year old daughter unhurt in the back. The rest were dead. Shortly after that, some cops leaving a BBQ in the city were maliciously attacked by a stationary tree. From memory all were killed "in the line of duty". Questions from the public over responsible road use and if the police are immune from road rules.
