VIC probationary license converter to QLD Full license

my friend was losing his license in VIC, moved to QLD, they put him on full license even though he is Victorian P plater

unless thery take all the good bits and pieces and put them together it will never work.
just imagine if your in VIC/QLD/WA/going across nullabor being stuck behind a whole bunch of L. and P Platers doing 80 or 90.
im pretty sure you would be against it. (although i wouldnt mind WA's Laws... V8!)

however.....

its wrong he could convert the licence.
should be whatever state and licence you are on at that time you are convicted on. clear and simple.

Goes the other way too,I was on my full licence in NSW but when I moved to VIC I had to go back to my P Plates till I turned 21

in qld,L platers an p platers have to do the speed limit there fore they can legally do 110 in a 110 zone.

Just when I thought the law caught up to him, he dodges the bullet.
Don't get me wrong, I don't give a 5h1t, because I'm certainly not a saint, it's not that he is a bad driver, it's that he doesn't give 2 5h1ts about road rules.. he has his own personal tab with civic compliance, I had faith in my ability to predict his license loss, but he got away. Now I'm left thumbing to prove he will lose it... It's a bet me and him have, so far he's winning
