Well, All the qld members out there, looks like storm season is upon us, yay, so be prepared, for the last 5 day's we have had 13 storms come threw, with 5 hitting us on wednesday night.

just a friendly reminder to keep your cars under cover, dont park under trees, blah blah blah just a bit of usual common sense

yeah cheers garth... i am so scared of hail tho... but what can you do.

i think the most important message to put across is please, please drive safley in the wet!

if its pelting down rain, slow down 10 k's it could save your life!

and turn you headlights on!

some moron nearly cleaned me up in his ute today.... it was pelting down rain and he shot out of a side street at about 70ks, drifting all over the road.

i was coming in the opposite direction, if i had of been doing the speed limit i would of hit him, fortunaly i was doing 40 in a 60 zone, and could brake safely... more to the pointy he was in a grey ute with no lights on, fortunatly i had my high beams on or i wouldnt have seen him!

bloody weather, we're getting good storms here at least every second day and hail always look promising wish it would come the vr could use a respray

heheh...I'm rugged up here in my office in the middle of a blizzard. with 2ft of snow on the ground and last night night we had a ground freeze. so there is about 2-3" of ICE just everywhere! Driving has never been so hellish...as fast as the county lays down salt to melt the ice...it just freezes straight back over again!
