Anyone Else having problems with ISDN service.
It began in november. every 3 weeks the phone / internet gets cut off, just about to the same time and day. Ring telstra lodge a complaint. 2 days later phone / internet working, another 3 weeks same thing. this is now the 5th time our ISDN service has gone down.

This time telstra said that a bird had chewed a section of line on the fence down the road.:b:
I cant see how that a bird could cause these problems, unless the bird is trained to eat the cable at exactly 3 week intervals.
Apparently I am not the only ISDN customer that has been having these problems. I have had several people from other exchanges having similar problems.
Going to take this to the Local Member of Parliment. just not good enough!!!!!

I dont think that changing providers would make any difference
considering that telstra own the phone lines / exchanges and ISDN modems.
