Dude, i would have jumped up & down. We pay good $ for the crap they sell,if the food is not up to standard,complain LOUDLY! Start by e-mailing the company,explaining exactly what the problem was,& the dodgey response by the 'manager'.Demand an explaination & compensation.

haha they stuffed up a meal for me and my guy once, he order a double quature punder and a quature pounder, they gave us just normal ones so we went back and they gave us 2 doubles and 2 large chips and 2 free drinks plus what we already had from the stuff up, i rekon luke got thro most of it too :P

lol usually HJ's over do the freebies... I very rarely hear of maccas giving anymore than they have too.

KFC is shocking here for getting orders mixed up. I'm fairly sure instead of just asking you to repeat it they grab whatever they feel like and chuck it in the bag.
Yeah we have been getting sick of the maccas these days I use to like the thick shakes but now I don't get them cause I call them snot shakes eeewww.
We have also gone throught the drive thru and went home to find things missing in our orders and we paid for them and the last time it happened I cracked the SH*ts rushed over walked in glad it was full and raised my voice just a little asked for the manager complained to him that I was sick and tired of having items missing in my orders. After that was told that you should check before you leave but I responded with I shouldn't have to it's a bloody drive thru your meant to check before handing it over and if she didn't do something I will be contacting the local rag and head office. one minute later got my missing stuff plus some freebies was shocked to get freebies from maccas.
We now check our order's before leaving the drive thru now.
Hungry Jacks well there burger taste nice I do like them but the down side is by the time your quarter or half way through eating it turns to a slopy mess.

It comes down to who you get. Some managers will be more than happy to help you out because the money wont come out of their pocket, other managers are on powertrips and will give you a hard time.
if you arent happy with the level of service you get when complaining to a manager then file a report with head office, they take them VERY seriously and the manager in question will get his ass eaten out
