Speeding Question... SA
K I have a question..... how far over the speed limit is loss of license?
GGRRRR Running late & I got doneNow the copper was sitting either just before or just after the sign Im not sure... So Im either 19K's over OUCH! or Im 39 over & thats license gone right? I sure hope my speedo is out & I wasnt really going that fast.
Yes speeding bad etc... Please dont flame me here I know I did bad etc... but can anyone tell me what the fines are? $$$ & if Ive lost it?

I Lost My Licence For A Month A Few Year Ago For Between 30 & 45 Over But Im In Nsw

anything over 40 km's over the limit is on the spot loss of license... they literally chop your license up with no grace period allowed.. you and your car have to find a way home
i got done for 50 over the limit a while back and copped a $895 fine
i dont think u will loose your licence but i think you will get a huge fine and get 6 points.

shit..... Im usually so good too..... but I got done the other week red light camera & now this!! damn lucky I have all points.
Im really going to kill my ex over this... so angry.

Ah yes I was right!!! Tried tellin the boys it was 45+ YAY!!!! thx so much for the linky.... hhmm not like me to not google... guess I was just in a flap!
So although I was still late to my job interview (thx alot!) It looks like I have the JobYay! to be employed again! So was just a tad upset at the thought of losing my lic & therefore job straight away!

I expect you'll loose 4 points for that speed...
Also it might depend on how the cops look at it when they develope your photo...
You may cop some other charges...like negligent driving... but I dunno about camera fines... best you ask the local constabulary about that...
A friend of mine copped a sixpoint fine a long time ago.... but because the offence occured at 2am when he was coming home from work...and no one else was around he was let off from getting in any further shit...just a heafty fine...

yeah $343+ listed on the website... & the red light camera $243+ so ouch! really need that job now... ah well... first fines in I dont know how long.... pity they so close together. & 6 points... tis all good. still got half
