hello all, i'm Rob and i hope this is the place to put noobie posts!

i've been a member of StreetCommo's forum for a fair while now, but want to expand on what i know, so i thought why not join another!

a little bit about myself: Live in Melb, have all my life, first year uni at the moment studying Mechanical Engineering, obviously love cars and anything with an engine

My ride: '92 VP commodore, got the 3.8L V6 in there currently, and it is a manual! not many mods at all really, there's a 2.5" cat-back and a pod filter there, 16" clubby alloys, stereo, tacho, hsv grille, tinted headlights and of course lowered

Future Mods: I'm in two minds for this, it would either be a 4.2L stroker kit with twin turbo's bolted onto the sides of it along with many other goodies, or, a slightly more original idea, a nice big block from overseas, have seen a nice 572ci block but i would need a LOT of money to finance that!

anyway just saying hi, will be hanging around for a while asking questions (and hopefully answering some), take it easy everyone!

welcome to the forum. im a member of SC too, but i like JC much more. i find this place a bit friendlier. what uni do you study at?
