It was something different to watch... but that's about it.

I don't care that we won anything, and i'll be making a point of avoiding the closeing ceremony tonight, despite a lack of choices on other channels :P

I voted no, but i didnt mind them being on tv, as any olympics, ill flip to them when there is nothing much on or im not doing anything else. So from a tv point of view i wouldnt mind it around for a little longer, but from a meblournian who travels to the city everyday for work i wouldnt mind it leaving.

I like it the way Australia wins all the medals

But other than that, I didn't watch it. I don't watch the Olympics either, but I still support my country.

Except for the shooting and archery, I watch that if I get the chance. Guns and bows are cool

I accidently saw about 2 minutes of the closing ceremony last night. Damn, was hoping not to see any of the games whatsoever.

I watched about 1 hour at the most in the whole time they were running, there was absolutely no way i was watching the games when the clipsal 500 was on on the weekend! V8 supercars should be on every weekend with one ad in each break like the football. Just too many ads at crucial times in the race!

Was the Games still on ova the weekend? I wouldn't know, was watchin the V8s.

But seriously, i watched a little of the games coz those guys have worked bloody hard to get to that level.. BUT, i along with many others question some of the decisions made in relation to the aussie athletes. It's nice to win the most medals but whats the point when a majority of participants know in some cases it was the result of a touch of favouritism....

In general i is a proud aussie, but some of the results have taken a bit of that pride away...

We need more V8s on the tube.. At least theres no questioning those "Official Decisions" (Sorry, couldn't resist)
