GIVE AWAY - FEMALE German Shepherd dog, 2 years old, named 'Sidney'.
This dog has been abandoned by my sister's neighbours after they moved house, just literally left in the yard with no intention of coming back to get her. My sister is currently looking after her, but as she cannot afford another dog, she'll be taking the dog to the pound if she is not given to a good home by NEXT WEEKEND. She's a beautiful dog, good temperment, likes kids, very happy dog. She deserves a good, happy home where she will be loved and not neglected like she has been. Can someone give her a home?
PM me if you're interested in taking her, and I'll give you the contact details. The dog is located in Oxley, Brisbane.
OMG>... i seriously think that is my old dog
re-read... 2 years is too young... spitting image though.. german shepherd x siberian husky... gorgeous dogs.
If this one is anything like my old one - they are treasures!

If she is a purebred she will have a tattoo number in her here, contact Shepherd club of Queensland, ask them to check their register and to contact the breeders, alot of the time breeders will take back dumped dogs, then place them.
Judging by the picture, it doesnt look pure bred to me. Which makes it hard. Its part of the reason the GSD clubs of australia have been trying for years to ban people owning non purebred shepherds.
I don't think she is pure bred..but i don't know for sure...just want someone to take her home with them!! ANYONE??
BUMP - she's still without a home
Please someone help her
It's a cross with a husky, siberian i'd say. Looks so similar to my old one...
Would be a very sweet dog.

Hairy... they can bark a bit... but are probably more likely to lick someone to death :P

Poor little fella. Someone grab her/him and give a good home!
From the shepherds I've seen, they can be trained to be VERY efficient guard dogs.
A guy up my road uses them as security dogs.
And a mate used to have one.
My mates one, if someone tried to venture into the yard, it would hide VERY close and wait for them to hit the ground and then attack... (Whilst there other dog barked to the shit house to wake the house up!)
VERY efficient guard dog.
The ones the guy up the road uses, all that you can hear when they're chasing a cat etc, is the paws hitting the ground.
I'd love to take the dog, but alas, I'm in Wollongong.
Looks like this dog is headed for the pound. It's a shame that some people see a cute little puppy and think "oh how cute".
They take them home without thinking about the 10 to 15 year plan for the dogs lifespan and that the cute little puppy is going to grow and eat and shit and need to be exercised and entertained.
It should be harder for anyone to get a pet and should involve some kind of knowledge test and permit system.
why do people on this site give people shit for thread digging and then give people shit for making new threads that have been discussed. if you look at the join date and the posts numbers you will discover she probably only joined the site because she typed in to google german ssheperd for adoption or something and it came up.
you guys have to learn to grow up (and dont come up with some smart arse remark about being a girl noone cares)
