Home gym, I'm a member of the work gym, my mrs wants me to sign up to hers but I cbf.
Only doing general fitness stuff anyway for now, walks, rides, runs, pushups, situps, the rest gets done at the gym at home when I could be bothered.
What is this "gym" you speak of?
My kids r enough of a fitness regime.Ride with my number 2 school almost evry day(20k's all up pd)
But I do have a home gym aswell...

Yeh I joined up one of these women only gyms a month ago, cancelling my membership today though because its crap will probably join somewhere else soon. Most of my exercise is walking though, usually go for a nice long walk pushing the pram with some other mums after walking daughter to school. We've got a weight bench in the garage but as usual its piled up with car stuff lol.

i go, when i have time off work. i enjoy it, as long as you go with a couple of mates to get a bit of friendly competition going
go every once in a blue moon, my tennis club has an insane gym which i should use, but i usually cant be bothered

Yeah i go, usually twice a day, been doing so since i joined the army and left. I stopped for a month, but now im back.
Nope, not for me. I can chase a footy or a cricket ball endlessly but put me on a treadmill and the motivation's gone. Maybe I should have been born a dog.
One of my fellow managers at work has been on a fitness regime for the last 6 months: better diet, 2 hours at the gym each night, walks heaps of km's and has lost a lot of weight. But he still smokes like a chimney (and coughs appropriately) and has no intention of quitting. If you're gonna do the whole fitness thing, do it properly.

ye 3 times a week
2 or 3 times a week between lectures at uni and boxing twice a week. Enough to keep me fit but I really need to step it up if I want to start getting into comps. I can't last more than 20 mnutes of sparring. and I want to get my body fat blow 10%.
