Do they get their joys off beating 147kw v6 holdens on P's with their 240kw turbo 6's?I've had 8 try to race me in 4 days, WTF??? why dont they pick on som1 their own size , say for example a Sv8/HSV etc . I rekon XR6T r butiful machines, soo sad when idiots buy them. If i had a car like that i would never race it on street,too dangerous and stupid, and even if i were to race sum1 i would aim higher than a std v6 commodore. Sorry about the ranting but after 8 times i got fed up!

lol Vp Luke, similar thing with my mate, he had a standard looking(stock as a rock) 180SX auto(auto = no turbo lag) with CA18DET engine , onli he had hi flow gt28 fitted, silenced 3inch turbo back exhaust, hks cams, hks forged pistons, custom intake and pod and a larger side mount intercooler, was funny when we used to rock up next to skylines, theyd give it onli to see us wave and just pull away with no noise apart from the boosting turbo, too bad he wrote it off, thats what u pay for driving like a dick.

Maybe the fact that tools in 147kw v6 holdens on their p's always try to race them at the lights has something to do with it lol. Not saying you are one of these guys but I can tell you from experience theres plenty of them around who think they can mess with faster cars, you wouldn't believe some of the idiots that try and race our blown 8 lol.

I'm still waiting for a XR6T to have a go at my VP, I wouldn't beat it (yet) but I'll be right beside them which would be good enough when your dealing with such an insane "family" car, If we still have affordable petrol in 10 years from now(doubt it), most XR6 turbos will be 11 second cars. The truth is I'll probably own a 12 second electric car before I own a 12 second petrol one

It won't happen, holden prefer their V8 to be the selling point of a more performance type car. Ford are just upholding their tradition of having faster 6's than 8's.

My mates VY SS 6speed and another mates BA XR6T raced the other night, XR bog stock, VY pacies and 3 inch, CAI and filter and short shifter and it was dead even, maybe a number plate difference

I see it more as 'Hey look how much money i have!' that's all i can think when i see idiots driving cars. If its an old car that flys that fast then your just showing what it can do because standard cant do that, but xr6t are standard, woopdi fu<ken do.

sometimes you win sometimes you lose, but at the end of the day a commodore stock wont beat a 40k xr6t and a ss wont beat a 300k ferrari so compare apples with apples not apples with other crap.

The XR6 seem the new cult car because there a cheap newish turbo and a fast car that todays society are looking for. The days of the 454's and big v8's are over mate, its all about woosh woosh,check my 6" canon m8,stickers, how bigs ur turbo!!!lol stuff that crap ... I Cruze my SS commodore and appreiciate what i have as i am only an apprentice tho id luv to make it a quick car someday. Thats my view any way boyz

Mate dont lie.. if u had one ud race them...if u had a V8 ud start racing too.
You must have even been trying to dram them in ur v6 lol ... how else u explain that they tried to drag u?


On a side note... after owning my line for over a month ive only had like 2 drags: AMG C5 and VT SS.

lol... i hope your either having us or or ur car is seriously modded... there are far more modded Xr6Ts out there than stock ones and its VERY easy and cheap to mod them... throw 10 K into an Xr6T and u have a monster car... throw 10 K at ur SS and u have a fairly quick car...line both of you up and the xr6t will munch u for breakfast dude.

Correct me if im wrong but i find more bogans and ulehs in VLs and VN commos being more retarded than most skylien drivers... an average skyline is around 15-20 grand... an average vl or vn is 3-4 K... who do u think will feel sorry for thrashing their car...
