What to the underdash

Being that I have done my Dash/Console/Doorhandles red, I am now very seriously considering what to do with the grey AROUND the CD/Air Conditioning instruments, under the Steering wheel (fuse cover) and hte glovebox.

If people can do thier photoshop mods to what would look best, I may just implement it!

Yeah, thats the part I meant! Nice work alaskan, is there a way you can gloss it up a little?

The switch used to be for my front driving lights (attached) but is now for the three neons (under each front seat, and boot). I have relocated the driving light switch to just under the switch for main lights.

in regards to attachment 2 - as much as it looks pimp! I won't be spraying/modding the TOP dash part, I want SOME originality, and it will seperate instrument cluster plastic from Console/Cd Plyer surrounds.

Looking good trent! Mines all finished finally, word of advice dont attempt to spray the center console lid, shits all cracked after 2 weeks
Black would be about the only colour you would use really, I think at least.
Just on another note to tidy it up some more I would:
1. Paint the ash tray red aswell.
2. Paint the immobiliser button aswell.
3. Take the the RTS badge out and bog it up
4. Bog up between all the unused buttons on the stereo surround
5. Paint the HVAC surround
6. Look at some custom dash and HVAC faces
This is how most of mine is done and looks really good, but each to there own really.

Ashtray won't be there much longer. I am putting a single piece of plastic there, covering up the tray. I don't want smoking int he car, so there's no reason for a tray.

Immobiliser/RTS/Ashtray have remained factory colours, again to mix it up a bit. If it was ALL red, then it would be bland and things wouldn't stand out - such as A/C buttons/Hazzard/Demister, Vents, RTS badge etc.

Dave - Can you post pics of your dash, including bogged up bits please!

It's not as bad as it looks in the pics, sure it's red but the flash makes it look worse than it is! trust me!.

about the console lid.. Yeah, I know, a mate of mine wanted the whole thing done silver.. eek! is all I can say.

im not a big fan on the red, a bit to much of a contract for me, unless you car is red of course. i reckon all that stuff in black or a dark charcoal would look sweet

Yeah, the car is red unfortunately though, the paint is fading :@ but yeah, she's red - thus the red theme.

Ill get pics tomorrow mate. My ashtray is bogged up aswell (in my other one) just got the stock on painted and fitted till I finish the bogged one, lotta work.
