Wondering if we could have a photography thread. I need something to respark my interest.

Thinking about getting a wide angle lens and a circular polarizer for my camera for some new pics.

Anyone a bit keen on the old photo's. Proper keen not just snap of the car type keen?

I am a bit of a photography nut. Have resisted the urge and debt to buy a DSLR, but have a couple of digital cameras and older film SLR's. Here in south oz we have some wicked coastlines to shoot, here's a couple of pics.

Here are a couple, like I said just been starting to dabble again, waiting for my new olympus 5mp on layby atm. One is obviously of my car and the other is a stone train I was told.

i love photography. mostly black and white though. here are some of my peices. scanned version of the black and white peice isnt as good as the original, but you get the idea.

what do you reckon?

Some really nice shots in there!..

I too love photography.. started mainly because I love taking pics of nice cars and blockmounting/framing them!.. have had 4 digitals all up.. currently using a Canon EOS 300D with 3 lenses. few filters tripod battery grip and so on.. can't get enough of it! also like to take shots of surrounding areas while out shooting cars on location ..

i'm not really into photography but i have taken some nice pics and i only have a 3.2 digi camera

i've adjusted the contrast and saturation a bit to make them look better

Bumping this thread back up. I've been out and about - new camera since I originally started this thread - curious to see what everyone else has been doing. I should have some new ones after the weekend, going out to my gf's dads place this afternoon. See what I can find.

I've had a recent spark of interest in railways of all things and have been taking quite a few pics, but I'm very amateurish. Mostly into spotting Heavy freight traffic. I guess its something about the 26,000nm of torque LOL
