Thats right, learners and their instructors can be both tested in vic... this only changed 3 years ago...as the old laws simply stated that the driver must be awake...Originally Posted by Shounak

As for drug tests, they are a pain in the ass, and take far too long. Yes we have them here across vic.

They've been doing a roaring trade around the industrial area's near where I live. Especially the factories that have 24/7 shiftwork. Have heard the Toyota plant in Altona gets alot of attention. I mean, you'd have to be on drugs to want to drive one so why not to work there (joke)
