    Default Work Achievement

I know there's a whole stack of you that don't like telemarketing, but this isn't a debate on telemarketing "do you like them.. post opinions"..

At my work, I have a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) aka Quota to hit as you can expect.. On a particular campaign im on at the moment, it's about 5-6 "sales" per day.

Also my 2IC (Second in charge) leader does "Packs", which he/she listens to the calls made, judges them, and gives them a score out of 34. There's many factors in these scores, clarity of information, understanding, rapport building (getting to know customer, jokes etc).

The other day, maybe Tuesday, I hit my personal record of 11 Sales for the day, and I also hit the highest ever PACK score in a while of 34!

So I reckon thats a pretty good achievement for myself! (commission will be excellent in 3 weeks!)

I'm not particularly selling so to speak. I actually do work on behalf of AGL (Australian Gas/Lighting), and we offer dual fuel offers for gas/electricity. most, if not 90% of our customers don't want to switch retail companies, it's a very strong opinion on customers and they are firm in not changing.
