    Default Engineers Certificates / Papers

I got done for my 20z last night even tho there was another statesman parked right next to me with 22z. Go figure.

The copper (the more down to earth one) said i can get an engineers certificate for my wheels for about $100 and he goes just throw the papers at the cops when you get pulled over

My question is where do you go to get engineer certificates from? Ive got no clue.

    Please help guys

    Cheers

As i said earlier im doing a v8 conversion on my vs its a 6 atm. Would i need an engineers certificate for the transplant or just a blue slip? Someone has told me i would only need a blue slip cause the parts used to convert it are orginal holden parts ie engine/box.

Any help on what is true?

    Thanks guys

u should just be able to drop the 304 and box in as vs came factroy with the 304. but if u are goin a gen 111 then u will need an engineers as they came out in vt series 2.
