I use Nero .... there's this very small programe called AnyDVD that tricks your burner by removing the copy-right and region code .... lets you copy... your copy is copy-right and region free to play on any dvd player...

Yeah AnyDVD is a good start. You can burn DVDs with DVDShrink... Then you burn the files in the VIDEO_TS folder with Nero..

DVD Shrink i find is the best (and it's free) in combination with ANY DVD aND dvd43 you can burn most dvds... but of course you are only trying to backup your original dvds to keep them in perfect nick right? burning dvds that you borrow is illigal and i'm sure justcommodores would not condone this being promoted on the forums. (i'll delete this post if it is out of line)

what are you trying to do? copy dvds that are too large? if so, use dvd shrink and burn them with nero

DVDShrink all the way. you can burn with the latest version of it aswell. but for some reason it comes up with an error so i burn with DVD Decrypter.

I want to convert files that are on my pc onto DVD.

Nerovision doesn't work on my pc anymore, lets say it expired and now I can't even install a *legitimate* version.

What can I get that can burn random videos.. tv series etc? That I've ripped from HDTV.

I use clonedvd. Very few steps involved and i'd say at least 95% success rate. You can burn to disk using clonedvd or any other burn engine that you have on your computer. It also rips and compresses the dvd in 1 step so no need for multiple programs. eg DVDShrink and DVD Decrypter.

For converting of movie files that you have on your hard disk to a different format eg avi to dvd, i use WinAVIVideoConverter.

Neither are free programs but with a bit of searching on the net you can find both programs with keygens or cracks.
