Car Purchase - Mechanics Wisdom Needed

My partner is about to purchase a 1994 Toyota Soarer 3.0 NA V6. I had a look today at the mechanics report and it says a couple of things.

* Rear Main Seal Leak
* Transmission Sump Gasket Leak
* Tappet Cover Gasket Leak
* Power Steering Rack Leak

I need to know, pretty quickly, what it would cost to get these fixed at a mechanic. Hope to either get the price dropped or get these things fixed before the purchase.

rear main seal means the gearbox has to be removed. that'll cost @ $200. they'll do the transmission pan gasket at the same time. tappet gasket could cost $100 and the steering rack leak could cost a bit, especially if it need to be replaced. i'd say up to $500 including parts, maybe more.
