help with monaro assignment

i am doing an assignment for school on the modern monaro (not the old school 60s one, but the one from 99 or whenever). if anyone could provide any information on the ausie coupe it would be greatly appreciated.
information i need is
-specifications
-history
-where and why it started

i have an article from the street commodores magazine but any other information would be greatly appreciated

lol yer! well the assignment is to write a feature article on a topic we choose. i thort i mite aswell do the monaro, considering i had a major argument with my teacher because he thought the monaro comes from the pontiac gto(realeased 2004) when the aussie monaro concept was 1998, being released in 2001. he still doesn't beleive me so im going to write my article about it.
and he continues to make jokes mocking commodores and monaros(he likes ford just a bit) so ill show him what the monaro actually is.

just search for wot u need in google, most of the stuff u will want will be there, just maybe check up with other sites that u got ur stuff right, some can be dodgy

thanks for the pics, ucwepn. theyre great ill definately be able to use them. hozey, thanks for the links. the assignment will be mostly on the newer monaro but i needed to know about the old one and ill need to make reference to it in my assignment, so the info is needed still.
smokey_dj, ive never heard about the cop monaros so if u could get any information on them it will definately useful.

keep the info coming peoples, the assignment is due monday the 21st so anything i can get until then will almost definately be used. ill post up about how the assignment went once i get my grades back from it.
