I was just driving round, practicing my manual in out for courier ute because I have my phase 2 test tomorrow, and I was coming out of an intersection and turning left (one without lights) and just about to change into second and then i saw the bus behind me coming a lil bit too close and then it hit, the ute has the alloy tray bent and it has been pushed right up against the tray, and the bus had the whole fibreglass front smashed in and a light, so he was in the bad so transperth will be paying for damages etc etc,EDIT: im in perth WA btw, Ballajura, was in mirrabooka at the time if anyone knows the area. Im just a little peed off it had to be today of all days, right before my driving test, ohh well I should pass tomorrow
Ill tell you guys how everything goes
*waits for 20 different posts saying "ohh bad luck mate" and "good luck for your test"*
Bad luck mate...
And good luck for your driving test..
Number 1......
That sucks. Better that than the vs though.
Good luck for tommorow.
yeah the VS would have been rooted, and thanks slundy, and shounak very funny, if ur gonna be a smart ass id rather not hear anything
Hahah wtf.. I'm a well wisher buddy.. I'd hate to see how you treat your enemies..Originally Posted by Dougeh

Shounaks comments were not aimed at you and I doubt he intended to offend you. It's just that his job around here is to make comments which a, state the obvious and b, brighten our otherwise dull lives. (sarcasam)
Got that off my chest.......
I can show my sarcasm when he crashes into someone then![]()
Um, yeah, why not......
Read it again, not aimed at you.
forget it, may aswell close the thread its just turned into bagging me, ill try not to get hit next time, and yes everyday crashes are pretty pointless to post up, I just thought id post up because it was with a big bus and happened to be the day before my test, and u just said in ur previous post that it was sarcasm so yeah, sorry aswell im not takin it out on u, im just peed off that it happens now and then someone is a smart ass about it, reverse the situation and prolly wouldnt have the same attitude![]()
downer. some bad luck there.
good luck with your driving test, though!
(noones trying to offend you mate, I really do mean bad luck about the crash! and do mean good luck for the test!).... seriously!!
edit! and shounak wasn't being a smartass about what happened to you! he was being a smartass to the rest of us forum users!
and glad noone was hurt!
haha I know, sorry, its all laughs in the end
plus by the sounds of it the bus came out worse off?!?
not really, its only the fibre glass front, we will prolly need a new tray or get it straightened etc, but theyre payin for it so who cares![]()
how is the bus in the wrong? you pulled out in front of him. just curious![]()
this man makes a damn good point... dont you have to have all lanes clear before you pull out, and if not and you get hit, its your fault. happened to my mate a while back. was doin a u-ey on boundary rd in mordialloc (melbournes southern suburbs) and he pulled into the far right lane, was a close u-ey, and some stupid chik came from the middle lane, locked up her brakes and ran into the back of him...and it was his fault because 'he failed to give way' apparently. you could see the skid marks coming from the middle lane into the right lane, the weird thing was, was that there was a whole left lane she couldve taken... hahahahaOriginally Posted by bangers

doesnt matter if your in the wrong or not, when it comes to busses your gonna be fighting an uphill battle to get a cent out of them or get any work done, seeing as they aren't insured, its covered by the state.
