today as i was being driven home from work i saw the police officer who caught me doing naughty things was at the scene of an truck rollover today and as i went passed he just looked at me and started laughing his ring off.... hopped out the car and asked him what was so funny and he just turned around and kept on laughing, now he is the only police officer who EVER pulls me over or pulls up to where im parked and starts going thru the usual procedure liek breath testing, drug testing checking over my car and stuff.....fair enuough but he does it atleast once a day.
my ute has no transmission or diff in it at the moment and hasent for a few weeks now but last friday somebody told him that i had been driving around town during work hours and he came into MY work and started giving me a lecture about driving with no license and shit.......
i wanna put him up for police harrasment but ive got a feeling it will only make matters worse when i get my license back cos i dont know what ive done wrong to get on his nerves

well for a start alot fo people know hes an asshole on a power trip, my cars got its roadworthy certificate before it was put in the shed,

i should take a photo everytime i see him pull someone over and go to the drivers side door without his flouro vest on......or when he drives around with his right arm hanging out the window....
but ive tried going to the sargeant but he just keeps telling me that he is a good police officer and does his job well and shit liek that he doesnt really give a sack of potatoes about it

yeah it sucks when police use their authority on silly things, i fully recommend seeing the officer in charge makin a formal complaint ive done it in a situation (not driving offence related) and it did work never had a problem since.

damn ive been hit up with some uncalled for harrasment this week aswell

was doing 45km/h in a 50 zone and a STATIONARY divi van pulled out and started following me.. i proceeded at 45km/h noticing the police van following me... she stuck her lights on and pulled me over... (i passed a cop car about 20 seconds before that hence why i slowed down to 5km/h under.. i wasnt speeding)

anyway she started off with this
"whats the speed limit"
i said "50"
she went on to ask me how fast i believed i was doing... i said "50"
she said are you sure??? i repeated "ohhh sorry i was doing 45" not trying to be a smart ass
anyway she said i think you were doing faster than that....
i asked her if she had a speedo reading and/or any proof of my "alledged" speed as she was stationary
she said she didnt, so i asked her what the problem was.. ( i had 5 people in the car, 4 slabs of beer and enough weight in the boot to make the rear end touch the ground... (was about 60mm off the ground at the time =D)

anyway she then said "Nice car........is it yours???" i told her it was and was registered in my name... and she asked if it was a loan??? WTF!!! (in a sarcastic voice)

she then asked if id been drinking.. i told her not yet.... but give me 15 mins and ill be smashed off my tits... (true fact, was on teh way to a party)
she went off and checked my licence came back and bretho'd me.. 0.00bac... she was looking for a reason to make my life hell, despite one of my brake lights being out, (1/4) the car being 60mm off the ground at the bodykit and me having a cracked headlight...and no tread on the rear tyres... but standard cops cant do defects i dont think..

she told me to slow down... i told her i would do the speed limit and as far as i was aware there wasnt a law against that.....

held me up from getting pissed for a good 20 mins pfft cops :P

you've gotta have a little simpathy for these cops guys, can you imagine the crap they get from people all the time? especially smart-mouthed young hoons thinking they are the sh*t (im not saying anyone in this thread is, just trying to promote empathy topwards their situation).
just go about your business and dont take it so personally, if you think a certain cop has it in for you then dont give them any reasons to get you for anything...be polite, mature and co-operate with them and you've got nothing to worry about.
everyone gets pulled over, being young and driving a moddified car just increases the odds, i get pulled over all the time because i drive home very late at night (almost morning i spose) and im basically the only person on the road...ive been pulled up twice (by different patrol cars) within 5mins of each other on my 10min trip home from work before.

ombudsman go to them with a complaint and theyll go through everything about the complaint both sides of it and cause there a third party and hate police corruptioon or take harrassment cases very seriously its the most just course of action youll get

they'res a reason for it, treat someone with no repsect and expect them to act a certian way and YOU create the sterio type

for example i was expect to act like a smart ass, so she started off as one..... causing me to react in a certian manner
i started off with a STRAIGHT answer she accused me of lieing with NO PROOF....trying to make me admit that i wasnt paying attechion or something, my rear P plate is barely visable(in clear view just have good tint) anyway i dont get harrased if the police car is following me at night unless they see the front one which is also in plain view.. which this one did...

please dont start on the "you young folk are soo rude" because my argument is "you old folks are so rude" you cant generalize people on age, ever think there is a reason young people are soo rude towards you? maybe its because you offend them....

when it comes down to it NO one can judge weather i was right or wrong unless you were there..

then check the BAC of the driver and licence..
if all checks out then thats done.. shouldnt take longer than 5 mins and shouldnt have to put up with crap

in the end i wouldnt bother chasing this up as i dont really care, if it were a repeat occurance i would but i dont get targeted very often... (this is the first time and she was a bitch)
