    That's made me a bit sad, he had alot of unfinished buisness with all the land he was buying for nature reserves not to mention having small kids. I hope someone else with the cash to do so gets inspired to continue on with his work

    Thought if this was ever goin to happen it woulda been a croc not a stingray......
    He has done a damm good job pitty this happened he has done so much for aus turism....apparently his wife Terri doesnt know this has happened as she is trekkin thru Cradle Mountain in tassie.....only reports on new tho...

    I almost drove off the road when I was listening to the news. Of all people, him? I can't believe this. The guy was a legend. Who can ever replace him? I hope there is a way all his familys work can carry on.

    doesnt seem right when these freak accidents happen. When u look up to ppl like this it just seems wrong and unreal for them to die or be hurt......
