It's Time

I have decided to leave the forum.
Many will not notice my leaving or the fact I was even here.

I just wish to say a few things in this my last post.

Thanks to all the members who have helped me by either answering my questions directly or for posting answers to my questions I have found by searching.
Thanks to the Mods for the help they have provided and their quick actions in dealing with any concerns I have had.

I hope some of my posts were of assistance to some.

There are members here that, even though I don't really know them, feel like friends.

It shouldn't matter how long you have been a member or your technical post count, this forum has a variety of categories that any member may post in. I must be a bludger as I have not posted many technical posts mainly because by the time you see a thread that you can answer the answer is already posted. Many learn much about Commodores on this site and are unable to offer technical advice until they have had the time to learn.

On the whole my stay has been a good one and gave me something to do when unable to sleep due to pain.
I have had to bite tongue many times recently with some of the recent threads to avoid getting into arguments.

Just for the record:

The sequential shifts in racing cars in 99.9% of cases is forward for upshift backward for down shift. Gforces do not put you in the backseat and are not strong enough to prevent you reaching the shifter ever. Most people know this and it is so easy to confirm.

I work for the government in a new department now and if a car is leased through a government agency but used by an individual not for government business, apart from being illegal, then stamp duty is payable.
Details have been noted on this subject.

So thankyou once again for putting up with me.

I will check on my posts over the next few days but will post no more.

Edit: Having thought about it, I like it here so I will be back, I just need a break for a while. My decision has nothing to do with any particular post but rather my current state of mind. We have just booked a weekend away so that will help me relax I'm sure.

Mate good luck with the wiggles forum , I hear they run a much tighter ship than here. People think troy and 12vlt are tough, man they oughta see captain feathersword in action!

Sorry to see you go. If this is anything to do with my comment, i can assure you that you are not one of the space wasters or whingers i was referring to, in fact you are far from it.
your technical help and general comments far outweighed the few general chit chat type comments we all leave from time to time.

Like i said, itll be a pity to see you leave on account of something unrelated to your stay here.

If you feel you are though, it sucks to see you go.
