Anyone throwing out a motor?

Hey All,

In my quest to learn more about these lovely bits of metal that make our cars go forward I am looking for an old rooted engine to take to bits.

I would prefer one of the following:

* 3800 V6 from a VN to VR
* Ecotec 3800 from VS to VX
* ANY v8

So if anyone in Brisbane has one of these that is rooted and they are throwing out, let me know and I'll give you $50 for it, or $100 for a V8.

Something with a blown head gasket or rooted rings or valve stem seals or something would be perfect, pretty much anything really as long as the block is ok.

Hey I got me dad goin round to his wreckers the sarvo......
Should be able to get one easy as....
And mite be able to get it for the cost of the fuel to get there if u pull it out ur self.....
Ill let uno when he gets bak to me...
