I need help!

hi all

i'm looking to get new wheels for my vl calais. it currently has 18 inch, 5 spoke, shadow chrome rims on it. the car is slammed and looks weird on anything smaller than 17 inch (the stockies look shit). i'm keen on sticking with 5 spokes. i dont want VY SS wheels coz everyone does it so ive been looking at VX SS wheels and monaro wheels. the problem is i cant picture what it would look like and it's a little too expensive to use 'trial & error'.

how do i decide?

what do you think looks good?

will photos help?

go to a mag and tyre shop and get them to place wheels up to your car...kneel down to eye level with the car and make a decision from there...

or take a photo of your car find a pic of the wheels you want off the net and photochop them on..

i wouldn't be keen with the VYSS mags as, like you said, everyone has them

have a look here. they are my old wheels i had on my VS ute on a VL. 18 inch advanti stalkers in shadow chrome. i reckon they look pretty sweet.

i'll take you up on the offer... does it matter what size the photos of the wheels are and what size the photo of the car is?

not really.... can set your digi cam to 1 mp ...... if the wheels or car pic has to be zoomed up to fit in the other pic... it can get a bit blurred
just post some here to get me started..... 40 kb to 100 kb pics would be okay.

Ha! yeah.........duz worry me though, coz I'm gonna buy a VS

Click on the 'reset' button above the paint section to go to a paint thats more asthetically pleasing....it's white paint.....but it looks real, unlike the others!!
