Police Radar Question

This morning, I was half asleep driving to work...

I was cruising it 60-65 maybe touching 70 in 60 zone... I seen a cop leaning against a powerpole like 100-150meters away, as soon as I spotted him I slammed on the brakes pretty much and dropped to about 55...

I drove past the cop and he was still standing there pointing his weapon at the cars coming behind me....

Does this mean I got busted or what? What do cops do after they catch someone out with one of these things? Don't they usually put it down for a second and write down rego number etc?

Yeh, he woulda got u then n there.
Dont forget that speedos r out usually in favour of under the speed limit,
eg - 5kph.
I can do 115 and go past those speed sign things, and it'll say im doing 110. . .
