I'm really in deep trouble now..... (pc problem)

I havent play my GTA San Andreas for 4 months..... other day I was bored so I thought I would play it some more.... but I cant run it... get this error... GTA_sa.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close .... I even installed the game again in different folder with no installation probs ... but still get the same error... only thing I can think is my Registery Fix prog repaired 120 problems when I first used it... this was the first time after that I have tried to play GTA again....

uninstall it, backup your save files, restart pc, reinstall it, see how that goes

resinstall your video card and directx drivers

yeh maybe display drivers or direct x or sound

download the latest GTA patch from the net if those other post's don't work

i did a google search and found replacement gta_sa exe file and now the game works fine again.... i'm sure now too that i dont need dvd in the drive to play it...
