Pimped Out?

Anyone got like.. A Pimped out bedroom or something?

I'm slowly in the process of making my own "bedroom entertainment theatre". Got 4.1 Surround Sound hooked up to DVD player and PC at the moment, Flatscreen monitor, 36 CM Near flatscreen TV.

Sounds great as it is, LOTS more to come.

I got a $2.5k 5.1system in my room, got a 42" HDTV on layby, few consoles, queensize bed, got a red neon behind my bedhead (mood light) works aswell hahaha

not exactly a pimped out bedroom i have, but i do have a cool audio/video system.
51cm tv connected to a 5.1 surround sound dvd player. av inputs on this dvd player are plugged into a av splitter box, and connected to video and audio on my pc. basically, my pc which is full of tv series is a dual screen setup with the tv. can also plug my mp4 player into the av box too and watch/record videos with that.
one cool thing to do with your room is to make a feature wall. have one wall painted a different colour to the others and have your entertainment system placed in front of that.
oh and my pc has a few green and blue lights in it that light up the room a bit

Bedroom's pretty boring, used to have 37" LCD but it went with my ex-gf lol..

Lounge is alright though, 40" Sony Bravia LCD through Sony 7.1 AV receiver with component video throughout entire setup for the XBOX at 720p (modded running XBMC as media player - 1080 makes it go choppy - and added my own coaxial digital audio port) and foxtel at a lame 480p

Also got pimping black leather couches, watching movies is awesome except anything in 5.1 has to be matrixised to 7.1

atm i only have a 51cm tv (thinking bout big flastscrren hdtv) 5.1 surround sound, spent the most i cud on one thatd fit in my room, but still good. xbox 360, damn good bed. best room in the house ;-)

i have a 62cm tv, queen size bed, ps2, speakers with a kick arse sub, lounge chair thingo and to finish it all off a strobe light

got me one of them hahaha i wouldnt say mine is "pimped" but ive got it all compacted ...... everything runs off my comp...
5.1 surround sound connected into my computer, dvd player connect upto my comp, optus vision (yeah i know, old skool) also upto my computer and my 20gb mp3 hooked up to, obviously internet to.. 17" lcd (to small but very nice picture)... and everything happens through my comp.... i got a bar fridge in here to and accasionally when i feel like it i put on the lava lamp hahaha luv that thing.... and i might do that idea of the feature wall, were due to pant the house anyways ooooo AND the best seat EVA, like them leather ones but made of a different material and u can sit on it in summer iwthout sticking to it BEST! hahaha

$1400 stereo from about 3 years back, 80cm TV from around the same time, VCR, Playstation, Xbox - all in custom built entertainment unit. Computer system next to it, air-con, king single bed, boring crap like computer desk and cupboards :P. Used to all be pretty flash back in the day, now it's becoming pretty standard as electronics get ALOT cheaper and people start earning money of their own to spend on luxury items instead of relying on schemes and pocket money

i dnt have a large room but i got my tv cabinet with a 51cm flat screen, brand new sony hifi system(2x125w rms and 150w rms sub, love it when i switch the sub on) dvd player, my laptop with 2.1ch logitec speakers. Im happy with the setup up esp with the new stereo cos it plays mp3 and can have it hooked up direct to my laptop.

also forgot to mention i have digital tv. I also have a vcr but that things a piece of shit, i only use it to link my digital tv up to the audio system and the screen. The vcr doesnt even play videos nor does it record thats why its now dented

i have my garage as a room/weekend party shed, its seperate from the house i got some mats but am gettin full carpet soon, queen bed 51cm telly, ps2, dvd recorder, surround sound(wall mounted) bar fridge for my bundy shit load of posters all over the walls and roof and under my mat is the burnout marks from my thumpstar
oh and no it dosnt get cold! the only problem is there is no windows so u have no idea if the sun is up or not if the door is closed...oh and see my VL wagons custom smoothed tailgate... i did it myself

My uncles mates all have thumbstars, awesome lil bikes and cheap too, they have the 138cc motor ones, my uncles getting a 200cc one in next few weeks but they dnt no that yet,lol, they rip good burnouts too,lol

yeh i love my posters but am runnin out of space lol im gunna have to start overlappin them, when i said u dont know when the sun is up or not i went to a rave up in syd and come back when i went to sleep i woke up and looked at the clock and it said 12:30 i was like crap ive slept half the day away! any way i got up turned the light on got dressed and open the door to pitch blackness! i had slept through the whole day and half the nyt! i had to check and see what day it was i was sooo scattered
