hey

ive just finished my first year in a Advanced Diploma In computer systems engineering... im pretty much sick of school i was sick of it at year 11 but needed it to get a even 1/2 decant job... at the end of this year its at the point where i cant even be bothered going back, ln this industry the majourity of jobs dont require degree's / diploma's industry certs count for a lot tho (have plenty of them)

anyway the coruse is 2 years fulltime (about 3 jam packed into 2)
ive got 1 year to complete (intend to continue part time will take 6 years)
or get 6 months experiance, then go back to studying fulltime... i cant keep studying just need a break

anyone had this happen to them??

got a few interview comming up for help desk positions (yes its crap, yes the pays shit but its considered a hard job so it looks good on a resumae)

full time job means turbo @ massive boost soon :P

man just stick with it for 1 last year, im still kicking myself because i didn't finish highschool (same reason as you, couldn't be stuffed studing for another year) all im saying is just get it over and done with then you'll have it and never have to worry about it again, i also found after getting full time work it's very hard to go back to study or even get into study again due to work requirements, money and bills.

anyway the way i see it you do things for a reason and sometimes they can work well for ya other times not so well

I did that course. It was so damn difficult. I completed most of it but dropped out. I stuggled with the maths very bad and didn't get to amplifiers or cisco or I would have completed it. I am spewing I couldn't stick at it because now the course has completely changed. Stick at it if I was you. I regret not completing it.

i was in someones class this year who is my "friend" he is a pain in the ass and has the worst rep by the institution, if he could get kicked out he would have been along time ago... he is more than a distraction also ****ing trashed my house at my party on the weekend...

I agree, its NOT a easy course.. its kinda worn me out.. i just need a brake luckily enrollment is every 6 months so i can just pick it straight up.. i want to do more to my car and 6 months will let me do that

all that time just to be a help desk.... geeezzz ... every time i called help desk for my net probs .... its like they just look at this page and start trying each line .... i got so sick of it i just got a few different progs and fix my comp probs myself now ...
