Smallest "Authorised Holden Dealership" in the country.
Was just curious what the smallest Authorised Holden Dealership in the country might be.
Does any body have one smaller than this in their town?
The one here is on a block of land that measures approx 20.7mW X 61.4mL which is 1270.98 sq/m or about 0.31 of an acre. The dealership building itself is only about 20m long. It houses a spare parts department, service workshop with 2 car spaces side by side 1 with a hoist, the other with a pit & a showroom with usually only 2 new vehicles in it, but at the moment they have 3. An Astra diesel, a VE sedan, a Rodeo 4x4, & it is a tight squeeze.
Can anyone better this.

That actually sounds much bigger than Bridgetown (WA) Holden. My guesstimate would be 20 x 40m but there could be more to it than what I could see.

the one in hopetoun, victoria is owned by a mates dad, it is pretty small, front of the shop is about 30m long tops and theres enough room out back 2 have 2 cars in the workshop and out front for 2-3 demo cars
