Ban the user above you for any reason at all, no matter how silly (nothing offensive)

Example:

I ban juzza for starting a stupid thread.
i ban julie because she didnt ban juzza quick enough
I ban Doctor Bob because he wants to ban me
i ban airstrike so i can prove his last post wrong
i ban julie for having the only normal name on here

I would start but there's nobody above me
