Buy (or download) a program called SoundForge

you can literally highlight sections of the song you want to delete, speed up, slow down, change the pitch and all that jazz.

You can download the trial version from Limewire / Kazaa whatever, or you can buy it from their site. Interesting side note that you may or may not use: if you download the trial version, you can use it indefinately if you uninstall and reinstall again. However i do not condone this at all

*Note - I do not work for SoundForge lol

i use adobe audition, or if i feel creative CUBASE SX 3, (expensive mofo software, have to use hardware emulation for the multi track recording)

but yeah download Adobe audition, its a multi track recorder... does everything and comes in a crackable trial version :P
