Motorola MCS2000 & Phillips FM900 Radios

Does anyone here know anything about either the Motorola MCS2000 or the Phillips FM900?

My enquiry is that I would like to purchase a Motorola MCS2000 in the remote head version, but the problem is that because they were designed for emergency services, you can't simply buy them off the shelf. However, being a volunteer firefighter, i WAS able to pbtain an OLDER model radio which were once fitted in the CFA appliances untill they moved to the Motorola ones.

The radio I obtained was the Phillips FM900. My problem is that recently the channel that my region use to use is no longer in service and I will need to have my existing radio re-programmed. Does anyone know how or who can do this?
